How it works

With over 15 years’ experience as a bilingual Psychotherapist working with very diverse populations from adults to adolescents who experience depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD I learned that not everyone feels comfortable going to speak to a therapist in a traditional setting like an office. This is why I offer “Walk Talk Therapy” and mobile therapy.  I want to eliminate as many barriers as possible for you to get the help you need.  Just as we are all encouraged to exercise for our physical health, I believe everyone should connect with a professional therapist to strengthen one’s emotional health.

How it works

Meet at a specific agreed upon location such as Central Park and walk/talk for about 20-30 minutes.  We continue the session sitting on a park bench for 15-20 minutes.  Having the opportunity to participate in an outdoor counseling session has the benefit of helping some open up more, while providing the therapeutic healing provided by being outdoors exposed to nature.

For some people that rather the session take place in your home, coffee shop or a private office, these options are also available.  I have access to an office located in Manhattan and in Westchester.  Virtual therapy sessions are available as well.
